Great support starts with great people.
At No Limits Support (NLS), we believe our support workers are the biggest drivers of the quality of care we provide. We're passionate about building strong teams, meaningful relationships and an environment where our staff feel genuinely valued and supported.
We're looking for several great Disability Support Workers to join our growing team across our Day Program, in-home and community-based services.
We have both casual and permanent opportunities available, with the potential for consistent, ongoing work. For the right people, we're absolutely open to discussing permanent employment from the outset.
We're particularly interested in applicants suited to the following areas:
Community & Daily Living Support: Supporting people with physical disabilities and mobility needs, including wheelchair support, personal care, independence and community participation.
Complex & High-Intensity Support: Joining established teams supporting people with complex medical and daily living needs. Relevant experience in healthcare, nursing or high-intensity disability support is highly regarded.
Day Program & Community Engagement: We're looking for energetic, proactive people who enjoy building connections, getting involved in activities and creating engaging, meaningful days for the people they support.
While these are our current priorities, we have opportunities across multiple services and would love to hear from great support workers with a range of skills and experience.
Above all, we value good people who take pride in their work.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Reliability, initiative and a genuine commitment to quality support.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
Experience in disability support, healthcare or a related field.
A person-centred approach, with confidence following individual support plans.
A willingness to learn, develop your skills and contribute to a great team.
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Working With Children Check, where required.
Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain).
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle, where required.
Relevant training and competency for assigned support duties.
Casual and permanent employment opportunities.
Opportunities for consistent shifts and ongoing work.
Supportive leadership and established teams.
Training and opportunities to develop specialist skills.
A variety of services and opportunities to grow within NLS.
A workplace where good support workers are genuinely valued.
