Job summary

Carehero is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team for long-term employment. You will provide in-home support with personal care, daily living assistance and manual handling, helping the client achieve their day-to-day goals while maintaining safety and dignity.

We offer 24/7 in-home coverage with day, afternoon and night shifts, a culture of learning and growth, and above award pay rates with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Must hold current First Aid & CPR certificate.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check required.
• Working with Children's Check required.
• Cert 3 or 4 in Disability, Aged or Community required.
• Full Australian Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home disability support with personal care and daily living assistance.
• Utilise manual handling skills to assist client safely.
• Support client 24/7 across day, afternoon and night shifts.
• Communicate effectively with client and team to maintain high standards.

Education

Our client with a Spinal Cord Injury is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to join their team for long-term employment. Your skills in manual handling, personal care, and daily living support will play a vital role in supporting the client's day to day while fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

The client's is highly active with ambition life goals, and we are looking for people with a positive attitude and high standards of work ethic to join our team.

Our client requires 24/7 support in the home, with a variety of Day, Afternoon and Night Shifts available.

About you

To join our team, you will have the following skills and experience:

• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children's Check
• Cert 3 or 4 in Disability, Aged or Community
• Full Australian Driver's License

You are a great communicator, patient, respectful and have extensive experience with Manual Handling and be able to work within an amazing team of experienced and passionate people.
