Workpro is recruiting Disability Support Workers to cover Frankston, Hampton Park, Aspendale Gardens and surrounding South-East Melbourne suburbs, VIC. Roles include casual, temporary and ongoing opportunities with flexible rosters.

Opportunities span complex care, personal support, and community access, with market pay indicated as $40-$45 per hour plus super. Successful applicants will have Cert III, two years’ experience, and current First Aid, CPR, and clearances.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' disability or complex-care experience.
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Health Care or a related qualification.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or relevant state clearance.
• Current manual-handling and medication-administration certification.
• Driver licence and reliable transport.
• Australian work rights.

Responsabilités

• Provide person-centred personal care and daily-living support.
• Support safe manual handling, transfers and mobility.
• Assist with medication and agreed care routines.
• Support community access, appointments and participation.
• Complete accurate progress notes and communicate with the care team.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum two years' disability or complex-care experience
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Health Care or a related qualification
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or relevant state clearance
• Current manual-handling and medication-administration certification
• Driver licence, reliable transport and appropriate vehicle insurance where client transport is required
• Australian work rights

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE OR LICENCES

• ABI, TBI or behavioural-support experience
• Bowel, catheter, PEG, epilepsy or other complex-care experience
• Working With Children Check where required
• Experience working within a 24/7 home-care team

  SHIFT AND AVAILABILITY

  Flexible monthly rosters may include day, afternoon, evening, overnight and weekend shifts within 24/7 care teams.

  INDICATIVE MARKET PAY

  $40-$45 per hour + super; Based on live advertised rates reviewed September 2026. The actual rate will depend on the employer, award or agreement, employment type, duties, shift, penalties and overtime
