Job summary

Focus Care in Melbourne's Caulfield area is seeking enthusiastic and caring Support Workers. With a minimum of two hours with each client, you’ll build rapport and rewarding connections while delivering in-home aged, dementia, or disability support across Monday to Sunday shifts.

The role offers flexible hours, weekend/overnight options, paid kilometres and shift allowances, training and development, and a supportive team that values real-life impact and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license is required.
• NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain.
• Availability to work minimum 10-15 hours per week.
• Willingness to provide personal care, transport, domestic assistance & social support and travel to clients’ homes within a specified location.

Focus Care is seeking enthusiastic and caring Support Workers. With a minimum of two hours spent with each client, there is time to build rapport and rewarding connections.

We are currently recruiting for participants in the Caulfield area with services required Monday to Sunday. Shifts may suit students studying nursing or a related allied health discipline.

About You

Longer hours and increased workloads are available, and the role may include weekend and overnight services.
