BDMS Community Services is hiring Disability Support Workers to join our expanding team across Greater Sydney, with roles centered in Western Sydney and South West Sydney. We value compassionate, reliable helpers who can travel between sites.

Applicants must hold a current Australian driver's license, be willing to travel, and have relevant checks and certificates (NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children, First Aid/CPR, Police Check) to support participants.

• NDIS Worker Screening Check completed or in progress.
• Working with Children Check where applicable.
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• National Police Check completed.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate required.

BDMS Community Services is looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team across Greater Sydney, with work primarily available in Western Sydney and South West Sydney.

• Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
• Willingness and flexibility to travel across various locations within Greater Sydney (applicants who are available to work across Western Sydney and South West Sydney will be highly regarded)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check (where applicable)
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• National Police Check
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
• Valid working rights in Australia
• Relevant qualifications and/or experience in Disability Support or Community Services (preferred)
