SIL Homes and Supported Accommodation Supports
Inner West and North Shore | Regular Shifts Available
Casual Shifts in Continuous 6-8 Hour Blocks
Please note: this role requires full working rights in Australia. We're unable to progress applications without this.
We are an established and growing disability support provider seeking mature Support Workers across Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes and supported accommodation settings.
Our services support adults with psychosocial, mental health, intellectual disability and daily living support needs. This role suits reliable, calm, and professional support workers who want to make disability support their main work and can offer strong availability throughout the week.
We have multiple locations across Sydney's Inner West and North Shore regions. This gives suitable workers the opportunity to access regular shifts across different residential settings, depending on availability, participant needs, and team fit. Wherever possible, we aim to provide consistency for both workers and the people being supported.
Why This Role Is Different
Disability support work is often broken into short, disconnected shifts with unpaid gaps in between. Our model is different — we roster continuous 6-8 hour shifts rather than split or broken shifts, so your working day isn't spread out with gaps between short bookings.
These are casual roles. We offer shifts across our homes based on roster and participant needs, and we work with you to match them to your availability.
