Job summary

CPL is seeking casual and permanent part-time Support Workers to join our team in Gladstone and surrounding suburbs. You’ll help people live independently, with roles spanning meals, daily tasks, community access, appointments, and mobility support.

Training is provided, and there are opportunities for career growth. Shifts vary across times; we offer award conditions and hourly rates reflective of experience, with salary packaging available for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings preferred but not required.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates or willingness to obtain.
• Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check are required or can be assisted.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meals, cleaning and daily tasks to support independence.
• Help community access and accompany to appointments or activities.
• Provide medication support as needed.
• Assist with mobility using hoists where required.

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Gladstone and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same —you’llbe supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals,cleaningand daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assistingwith mobility (including hoists whererequired)
