Job summary

Kirinari Community Services is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to help participants live the life they choose. You will work using strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches to support independence and daily living skills, and promote meaningful community participation.

You will contribute to outcomes by applying Positive Behaviour Support strategies, supporting choice and self-determination, and maintaining progress notes.

We're seeking experienced Disability Support Workers who are passionate about building meaningful relationships, supporting independence, and helping participants achieve their goals.
