Job summary

Kirinari Disability Services in Rockhampton, QLD is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers who are passionate about building meaningful relationships, supporting independence and helping participants achieve their goals. You will work within a therapeutic support model focusing on strengths-based practice, trauma-informed guidance, and participant choice, dignity and community participation.

Applicants must have current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid/CPR, a valid Driver

Qualifications

• Understand person-centred and strengths-based practice.
• Build genuine and respectful relationships.
• Be calm, resilient and emotionally intelligent.
• Balance empathy with professional boundaries.
• Commitment to participant choice and dignity.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance is required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Valid Driver Licence is required.
• Reliable and insured vehicle is preferred.
• Working with Children's Check - Blue Card.
