Job summary

Life Without Barriers in Australia is hiring Disability Support Workers for two permanent part-time roles in Mudgee. You will provide person-centred active support to people living with disability, assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and daily routines within SIL settings.

You’ll work across a rotating roster and adapt to changing needs, maintain a positive attitude, follow behaviour support plans, and build rapport with clients and their families.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will be providing person-centred active support to people living with disability. Supported Independent Living (SIL) is supporting people with disability in shared housing or in their own home, providing various supports including personal care and daily living assistance.

We are currently looking to fill 2 permanent part time positions. You must be available for all shifts:

Line 1

Week 1:

Monday 2:30pm to 4:30pm

Saturday 4:30pm to 9:30am (sleepover)

Week 2:

Monday 11:30pm to 9:15am (active)

Tuesday 11:30pm to 9:15am (active)

Line 2

Week 1:

Wednesday 9am to 2pm

Saturday 4:30pm to 11:30pm

Week 2:

Monday 2:30pm to 4:30pm

Wednesday 7am to 4:30pm

Saturday 4:30pm to 9:30am (sleepover)
