Job summary

Life Without Barriers is hiring a Casual Disability Support Worker to support clients in Rockhampton and Capricorn Coast. The role covers shared housing or in clients' homes, assisting with personal care, daily living activities, community access and outdoor activities.

• Experience with people with disability and complex support needs.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Availability to work a rotating 24/7 roster.

Responsibilities

• Follow person-centred support and behaviour plans.
• Assist clients to achieve goals through activities and community participation.
• Support with daily living activities and personal care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, advocates and colleagues.
