Job summary

Kirinari Community Services is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers who are passionate about building meaningful relationships and empowering participants to live life their way. You will work within a therapeutic support model that emphasizes choice, dignity, and goal achievement in community settings.

You will build daily living skills, implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies, and advocate for participant independence and participation, while maintaining thorough progress

Qualifications

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Current Driver Licence.
• Reliable and insured vehicle.
• Working With Children/Vulnerable Persons Check.
• Australian working rights.
