Qualifications

• Willingness to work shift patterns including sleepovers and nights.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to obtain NDIS Workers Screen Check before starting.
• Competence with basic computer programs and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with day-to-day living in 24/7 care settings (SIL/Group Homes).
• Assist with domestic and personal care and help clients engage with the community.
• Maintain flexible availability, including weekends and overnights as required.
