We are currently seeking a compassionate, patient and reliable Disability Support Worker to provide morning support to a participant in Morisset Park.

This role is focused on supporting the participant with their morning routine, including personal care and transfers, while maintaining their dignity, privacy and independence.

Position Details:

• Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday
• Time: 6:00 am - 8:00 am
• Location: Morisset Park
• Support Type: Self-care and morning routine assistance

Support Includes:

• Standby assistance with showering
• Assistance with bowel care
• Minimal assistance with transfers
• Assisting with moving the participant's legs during transfers
• Supporting the participant to maintain their independence and dignity
• Following established support plans and routines
• Providing clear and accurate shift notes and handovers

We're Looking For:

Pay Rates

E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL)

SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):

• Base hourly rate: $36.81
• Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $40.49
• Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday): $41.23
• Saturday: $51.54
• Sunday: $66.26
• Public holiday: $80.99
