Job summary

My Supports in Forbes, NSW is seeking Disability Support Workers to join a local Neighbourhood Team. You’ll work under a Team Leader to deliver person-centred, community-inclusive supports and build meaningful client relationships.

Shifts start from 8:00am, Monday to Friday. A car and full comprehensive motor insurance are preferred. Permanent Australian working rights are preferred, with opportunity for career growth and above-award pay rates.

Qualifications

• Experience with personal care or challenging behaviours is beneficial but not required.

My Supports is an organisation led by people with firsthand experience in disability. As a Disability Support Worker, you'll join a vibrant local Neighbourhood Team with a close-knit group of fellow support workers, all led by an experienced Team Leader.

Our Team Leaders offer day-to-day support and guidance, collaborating with you to understand our clients' needs. This approach helps us deliver person-centred, community-inclusive supports.

Our client is seeking Support Workers in the Forbes Area.

Must have Car & Full compressive Motor Insurance

Shifts commencing from from 8am Monday – Friday.
