Job summary

Kirinari Community Services in Griffith, NSW, is recruiting Disability Support Workers to join a dedicated team delivering 24/7 care in supported independent living settings. You will assist with domestic and personal care, help residents access the community, and support daily living in a respectful, person-centred way.

Qualifications

Willingness to work shift patterns including overnights and weekends.
Strong resilience and ability to work independently and with a team.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to obtain the NDIS Worker Screening Check before start.
Proficiency with computers and common software.
Smartphone usage for daily tasks.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

Provide 24/7 care in SIL/Group Homes.
Assist with domestic and personal care tasks.
Help customers connect with the local community and access services.
Maintain safety and wellbeing of residents and support daily living.
