Roles involve 24/7 shifts, including sleepovers, with a focus on personal care, community engagement, and safe, nurturing environments in SIL/Group Homes. Training and career progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability support is desirable; both experienced and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment including shifts, sleepovers, overnights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support with daily living tasks including personal care.
• Assist clients to access and engage with the community.
• Deliver quality 24/7 care in SIL/Group Homes.
• Support clients with domestic tasks and daily activities.
