The role involves personal and domestic care, community access support, and flexible shifts including weekends and overnights. A current Australian Driver's Licence and the ability to obtain the NDIS Worker Screening Check are required.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work shift work including sleepovers nights weekends and holidays.
• Good communication and ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to obtain the NDIS Worker Screening Check before starting.
• Able to use computers and learn software/programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support in SIL/Group Homes and 24/7 care.
• Assist with domestic and personal care tasks.
• Help customers access the community and maintain connections.
