Job summary

PLUS is a day program supporting adults with a disability. The role focuses on delivering person-centred activities across five streams and providing support 1:1 where needed.

You’ll join a large team with ongoing training and opportunities for development, in a flexible roster that suits school hours or other commitments. We value lived experience and cultural diversity and encourage applicants from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated empathy and ability to engage with participants in activities.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Clear communication with participants, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with participants and support engagement in daily activities.
• Assist with personal care, mealtime, and supervised activities.
• Follow behaviour support plans and complete timely reporting.
