Job summary

Home Care Experts in Melbourne is seeking a Female Support Worker to assist multiple participants with personal care and daily activities. A valid driver’s license and experience in manual handling are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• NDIS worker orientation module certificate.
• A certification in disability, mental health, or aged care (desired).
• 100 Points of Identification.
• Working with children check.
• Police check/Criminal check.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with daily personal care tasks (e.g. showering, grooming, dressing).
• Supporting clients in accessing the community (e.g. transport, social outings).
• Helping with light domestic tasks (e.g. cleaning, meal prep).
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Promoting client independence, dignity, and choice.
• Accurate reporting and communication with supervisors.
