Job summary

Enrichment Care in NSW is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to provide day-to-day support to clients with disabilities in various environments, helping them achieve independence. You will assist with personal activities, including hygiene, medication assistance, domestic tasks, meals, and facilitate engagement in community and recreational activities, with growth opportunities.

NDIS Worker Orientation or willingness to obtain, Australian driver’s license and own vehicle are required,

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Orientation Module or willing to obtain
• Australian Driver's license
• Own vehicle
• National Police Check
• Current First Aid and CPR or willing to obtain

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to people with a disability in various environments to help them improve their independence and achieve personal goals
• Assist participants with personal activities including hygiene support, use of manual handling equipment, medication assistance, domestic duties, meals
• Assist participants with engaging in community, social and recreational activities
