Qualifications

• NDIS Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid and CPR
• NDIS Orientation Modules
• Driver’s licence and insured vehicle
• Commitment to regular ongoing shifts with flexibility to cover emergencies

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with households as outlined in the participants plan and encourage active participation
• Assist with community participation to help participants reach goals
• Support participants in daily personal activities and interests
• Create a safe, enjoyable and creative environment at all times
• Promote participant decision making and personal growth
• Show empathy and respect for the dignity and rights of participants
• Actively engage with participants
