Job summary

Nextt is hiring compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team across Coffs Harbour to Woolgoolga. You will provide person-centred support to clients, helping them maintain independence and participate in their community.

Shifts are available between 8:00am and 6:00pm with casual employment and regular rostered hours. Duties include personal care, domestic tasks and facilitating community access.

Qualifications

• Disability support experience is highly regarded, with ABI, spinal injuries, and personal care.
• Experience with behaviour support and community access is preferred.
• Ability to support daily living activities and transport in the community.

What You'll Earn E3.1 Casual – In-Home and SIL
SCHADS Award rates (before tax, including casual loading):

• Monday–Friday base: $36.81/hr
• Afternoon: $40.49/hr
• Active Night: $41.23/hr
• Saturday: $51.54/hr
• Sunday: $66.26/hr
• Public Holiday: $80.99/hr

You Will Need

• A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Working with Children Check – Employee
