Job summary

Nextt in Victoria is seeking a Disability Support Worker to assist residents in a shared home, helping them build independence and participate in everyday activities.

The role covers morning to sleepover shifts, seven days a week, with a focus on safety, respect, and person-centered support in Bonbeach, VIC.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Check is required.
• Working with Children Check is required.
• First Aid and CPR Certificate required.
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent.
• Australian Driver’s Licence and fully insured vehicle required.

This is a great opportunity for someone with open availability who enjoys variety and can work across morning, afternoon, evening and sleepover shifts, 7 days a week.

Pay Rates

E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL)

SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax)

• Base hourly rate: $36.81
• Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $40.49
• Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday)$41.23
• Saturday: $51.54
• Sunday: $66.26
• Public holiday: $80.99
