Job summary

Kirinari Disability Services in Sydney Western Suburbs is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers for Christmas casual positions. You will support participants to build independence, implement Positive Behaviour Support, and promote choice and social connection.

This casual role focuses on person-centred, strengths-based practice with flexible rosters. Availability in December 2026 and January 2027 is needed, with relevant clearances and checks preferred for ongoing opportunities.

CHRISTMAS CASUAL POSITIONS

At Kirinari, we deliver person-centred, therapeutic supports that empower people with disability to live the life they choose.

We're seeking experienced Disability Support Workers who are passionate about building meaningful relationships, supporting independence, and helping participants achieve their goals.

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Current First Aid and CPR
