Job summary

Kirinari Community Services is seeking Christmas Casual Disability Support Workers in NSW to deliver person-centred, therapeutic supports and build meaningful relationships with participants. You’ll support independence, social connection and progress toward personal goals, while maintaining accurate documentation.

The role emphasises trauma-informed practices, Positive Behaviour Support and capacity building within a flexible, supportive team environment.

We're seeking experienced Disability Support Workers who are passionate about building meaningful relationships, supporting independence, and helping participants achieve their goals.

About the Role

Using a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach you will:

• Support participants to build independence and daily living skills

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes

Essential Requirements

• Availability during December 2026 and January 2027
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Current Driver Licence
• Reliable and insured vehicle
• Working With Children/Vulnerable Persons Check
• Australian working rights
