Job summary

My Community Disability & Aged Care Services is seeking caring Disability Support Workers to support participants in their homes and within the community across Greater Sydney.

You will assist with personal care, meal prep, household tasks, and supporting daily living while helping participants reach NDIS goals. Full driver’s licence and vehicle insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability or Ageing) or related qualification (preferred)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to get one)
• Working With Children Check
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module and related NDIS induction modules
• Full driver's licence with a registered and comprehensively insured vehicle
• Right to work in Australia
• Patient, respectful and reliable approach with good communication skills

My Community Disability & Aged Care Services is a registered NDIS provider supporting people with disability and older Australians across Greater Sydney. We give person-centred support that helps our participants live independently, build their skills and stay connected to their community.

We're growing, and we're looking for caring, reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team.

What we're looking for
