Job summary

Lifestyle Solutions is seeking an experienced Support Professional to assist individuals with disability in their homes and communities in Alice Springs. You will provide support with complex behaviours, personal care, medication administration, and activity coaching to foster independence.

• Demonstrated motivation to work with people with disability.
• Experience as a support professional in challenging environments.
• Knowledge of behaviour support plans.
• NDIS Worker Check and National Police Check required.

About you

• Knowledge and understanding of behaviour support plans
• Manage and expedite challenging behaviours
• Flexible with sleepover shifts
• C3 in Disability, Individual Support or equivalent is preferred
• Available to fulfill a rotating roster including weekends and overnights
• NDIS Worker Check
• National Police Check
• Full Unrestricted NT Driver’s license
• First aid and CPR certificate
