CareChoice Pty is recruiting experienced Disability Support Workers to join our Bendigo team. You will provide high-quality, person-centred supports, focusing on skills and capacity building to promote independence and meaningful inclusion in society.

Role includes assisting Participants with daily living, community access, and supports in living arrangements, under configurable schedules and across shifts. Training and wellbeing benefits available.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
• Minimum 12 months experience with clients who have complex care requirements.

Responsabilités

• Support Participants with building on strengths and achieving personal goals.
• Provide 24-hour complex supports and Supported Independent Living.
• Assist with community access, transport, and domestic/personal care.

About The Role:

CareChoice are currently looking for experienced Disability Support Workers who are interested in joining our team in Bendigo.

We are looking for people willing to provide quality services and safeguards to our clients with an emphasis on skill and capacity building to encourage independence and confidence for meaningful and active inclusion in society.

A day in the life as a Disability Support Worker with CareChoice, may see you supporting our Participant with:

• Building on individual strengths and enabling Participants to reach their goals.
• 24-hour complex supports
• Supported Independent living
• Community access and transport
• Domestic and Personal care

About You:

• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Certificate IV in Disabilityor similar
• Minimum 12 months experience working with clients that have complex care requirements
