Job summary

CareChoice in Bendigo is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our local team. You will support participants with complex care needs, focusing on independence and inclusion.

The role involves building on individual strengths, providing 24-hour supports, and assisting with living arrangements, community access, transport, and personal care. You will work with a compassionate team in a flexible, supportive environment that values wellbeing, training, and career development.

Qualifications

• Current first aid and CPR certification required.
• Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 12 months experience with clients with complex care needs.

About The Role:

CareChoice are currently looking for experienced Disability Support Workers who are interested in joining our team in Bendigo.

We are looking for people willing to provide quality services and safeguards to our clients with an emphasis on skill and capacity building to encourage independence and confidence for meaningful and active inclusion in society.

A day in the life as a Disability Support Worker with CareChoice, may see you supporting our Participant with:

About You:

• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
