Job summary

Kirinari Disability Services – Griffith NSW is inviting applicants for Disability Support Worker roles in Griffith. No prior experience required, with opportunities for entry-level candidates to join a caring, expanding organisation.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in Australia.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with flexible shifts, including sleepovers/night shifts and weekends.
• Resilience, good communication and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Must be able to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check before start.
• Must have a current Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support with daily living and personal care.
• Assist clients to access community and social connections.
• Support 24/7 care in SIL/Group Homes and assist as required.
• Follow care plans and document interactions.
