Job summary

Nextt is seeking a compassionate female Disability Support Worker to support a participant living with a leg amputation in Raymond Terrace. The role involves hands-on complex care, personal support, and working two staff per shift.

Shifts are 7:00am–9:00am, with a 2:1 roster and additional shifts available. You will document shift notes and collaborate with the support team to maintain the participant's comfort, dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Experienced or confident in providing personal and complex care
• Comfortable with manual handling and mobility support
• Confident assisting with continence, bowel and pressure care
• Able to follow individual support plans and Behaviour Support strategies
• Reliable, professional and respectful
• Strong communicators who understand the importance of accurate documentation
