Your Role

As a Disability Support Worker (DSW) you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the health and wellbeing of people in our community.

• Collaborate with the team to provide seamless, person‑centred support.
• Assist individuals with daily living needs, including personal care, household tasks, hospitality, and community participation.
• Encourage and support each person to achieve and maintain their highest level of independence and wellbeing.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card).
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
