Job summary

Complete Care Disability Service – Strathpine QLD is hiring Disability Support Workers for casual roles. You will support participants in home and community settings, providing personal care and daily living assistance across a broad range of environments.

Ideal candidates have experience with disability support, strong communication skills, and a proactive, client-centered approach. A valid driver's licence, First Aid/CPR, Blue Card, NDIS screening, and full working rights are required.

Complete Care Disability Service – Strathpine QLD

Complete Care Assist is seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team for Casual roles. Participants are based from Zillmere up to Narangba. You'll be supporting participants across a range of settings, including in home, community access, and will have experience supporting participants with mental health behaviours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care, community access, and daily living supports
• Support participants with high-intensity care requirements or behaviours of concern
• Work across a variety of support settings including in home and community access
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain reliability, professionalism, and commitment to high-quality care

About you

• Experience supporting people with disability across a variety of support settings
• Confidence providing personal care, community access, and daily living supports
• Experience supporting participants with high-intensity care requirements or behaviours of concern
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, person-centred approach to support
• Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
