Job summary

All Types of Care Queensland – Rockhampton QLD is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to assist clients in Supported Independent Living, Community Access, and Sleepover shifts. You will provide in-home support, enable greater independence, and help clients engage with local community activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability support or related field is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license, car registration and insurance.
• Ability to obtain NDIS screening, Blue Card and Police check.
• Strong communication and adaptability in a home-care setting.

As a Disability Support Worker with All Types of Care Queensland, you will be assisting clients in Supported Independent Living, Community Access, and Sleepover shifts. About you

• Previous experience in this field is considered an additional advantage

• A positive attitude and a can-do spirit when approaching challenges
• Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability when it comes to client schedules and changes
• A valid driver's license
• Current car registration and insurance
• NDIS Workers screening card (Yellow card) or the ability to obtain one
• Working with children check (Blue card) or the ability to obtain one
• Current police check or the ability to obtain one
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate or the ability to obtain one
