Job summary

Ability DN in Geelong seeks compassionate Support Workers to provide in-home support and programs tailored to individuals with diverse and complex needs.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Care, Support or Community Services or equivalent.
• Current First Aid certificate.
• Current CPR certificate.
• Working with Children Check.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Driver's License.
• A genuine commitment to enriching the lives of others.
• A creative, compassionate, personable, and professional approach to supporting people.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of established work practices and procedures relevant to the industry.

Requirements of the Position

• Certificate IV or higher in a Care, Support, or Community Services-related field (or enrolled in/willing to enrol in study)
• Current First Aid certificate
• Current CPR (obtained within the past year)
• Working with Children Check
