Job summary

Birch Care in Australia is seeking a Disability Support Worker to assist participants in a SIL home and in the community, delivering personal care, domestic tasks and companionship.

You will support daily routines, help access appointments and activities, and encourage independence while promoting dignity and safety for participants with psychosocial disabilities.

Flexibility for casual shifts, weekdays and some weekends, is required to meet participant needs.
