Job summary

Kirinari Community Services is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide a team of Disability Support Workers in delivering person-centred services that empower participants to live the life they choose. You will lead, coach and support staff to uphold highest standards of care and compliance, while promoting trauma-informed, strengths-based practice.

As a Team Leader, you will drive positive participant outcomes, coordinate service delivery, and collaborate with families and stakeholders to

Qualifications

Leadership experience in a disability, community or human services setting.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
Current First Aid and CPR.
Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle.
Working with Children's Check/Blue Card where required.
Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and support a team of Disability Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred services.
Build a positive, accountable and supportive team culture.
Provide guidance on person-centred and therapeutic support practices and Positive Behaviour Support strategies.
Coordinate day-to-day service delivery and respond to emerging participant needs.
Monitor documentation and support records to ensure quality and compliance; identify training opportunities.
