Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Disability or related field required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Current National Police Clearance.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check where required.
• Working with Children Check where required.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred disability support per individual plans.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support mobility and safe transfers.
• Assist with meals, household tasks and daily routines.
• Provide medication assistance per procedures.
• Support community access and social participation.
• Maintain progress notes and incident reports.
• Communicate with participants, families and health professionals.
• Comply with WHS, safeguarding and organisational policies.
