Job summary

The Improvement Movement Perth is seeking a Support Worker for the Southeast suburbs to assist participants with daily living support, community access and personal care.

You will work with people who think, feel, communicate, and experience the world in their own unique way, bringing patience, creativity and humour to the role. This role is approximately 15 hours per week initially, with more work for the right candidate, in locations including Cannington-Byford.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in disability support.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWC Check, First Aid, CPR, Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle.
• Confident supporting people with ASD, intellectual disability, and mental health challenges.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with the team.
• Relevant qualifications in disability, community, mental health, or similar (preferred).
