Job summary

Pennine Community Supports in St George NSW is seeking a Disability Support Worker to help people live independently and stay connected with their communities. The role involves one-to-one support in home and community settings across St George and Shire Corridor, with shifts across weekdays and weekends on a flexible roster.

You will work with people with complex needs, require a valid NSW driver's license, and hold the appropriate Certificate III or IV in Disability or Individual Support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of disability support experience.
• Certificate III or IV in Disability or Individual Support is required.
• Unrestricted NSW Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support in home and community settings.
• Assist clients with daily tasks and community access to foster independence.
• Support clients with complex needs and behaviours as required.
