Job summary

Innovative Support Australia is seeking Disability Support Workers to join our team in Hackham West and surrounds. You will support clients living with a disability to live independently and engage in daily activities, following individual plans.

Qualifications

• Capable and practical. Preferably experienced in Disability Support but we will consider other relevant and transferable skills.

The Role

• You will be supporting our clients living with a disability to go about their daily lives the way they want. Our clients have diverse and complex needs, requiring you to have high levels of understanding, patience, reliability and resilience.
• Your support and mentoring will have a meaningful impact on clients lives.
• If you believe you have the confidence and resilience to navigate this role effectively, and are great at building positive relationships, can think on your feet and are a problem solver, then we want to hear from you.

You must have:

• Working rights status
• Australian Drivers Licence and clean, roadworthy vehicle for transporting clients

• Attention to detail to follow documented plans and for reporting/record-keeping
