Qualifications
- Minimum two years' disability or complex-care experience.
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Health Care or related qualification.
- Current First Aid and CPR.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or state clearance.
- Current manual-handling and medication-administration certification.
- Driver licence, reliable transport and appropriate vehicle insurance where required.
- Australian work rights.
Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred personal care and daily-living support.
- Support safe manual handling, transfers and mobility.
- Assist with medication and agreed care routines.
- Support community access, appointments and participation.
- Complete accurate progress notes and communicate with the care team.
