Job summary

Alliance Care Technologies is seeking a Disability Support Worker to join our team in Sutherland, NSW. This role involves supporting participants in their homes and the community, with travel required locally. Local candidates will be favoured.

You will provide personal care, medication supervision, assist with care plans, and offer social support to clients across the Sutherland region. Shifts vary, and a clear commitment to compassionate, person-centred care is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (In Australia).
• Certificate IV in Disability/Aged Care (Equivalent or Higher).
• Motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
• First Aid & CPR Certificate (Current).
• Manual Handling Competency (Completed within last 12 months)
• Fully vaccinated
• Valid provisional or driver's licence
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Police Check

Responsibilities

• Carers provide personal care (assisting with personal grooming), medication supervision, specialised care according to each client's care plan, as well as social support.
• Role requires travel across the Sutherland region to deliver in-home and community care.
