The work focuses on community participation, capacity building, daily living support and helping people work towards their personal goals. This role would suit someone friendly, reliable and proactive, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting people with disability, while being confident working both independently and as part of a team. Essential requirements include an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, a Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or the ability to obtain one, a National Police Check, current First Aid and CPR certification, a current Queensland drivers licence, and a Certificate III in Individual Support.

A reliable vehicle with comprehensive or business use insurance is also required.
