Paramount Inclusion Services in Ringwood, VIC is seeking a casual Trainer to help NDIS participants gain work-readiness and life skills. The role involves hands-on, face-to-face training with adults and youths under 18, travel between locations, and close collaboration with the NDIS Manager and Employment Support Officers.

Applicants should hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a Diploma in Community Services/Education, and have a disability/employment services background.

Qualificações

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122/TAE40116) or Diploma in Community Services, Education or equivalent experience.
• Background in disability and/or employment services.
• Confident delivering training in a person-centred, practical way.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver structured training programs to participants one-on-one and in small groups.
• Build participants' work-readiness and life skills aligned with NDIS goals.
• Adapt training content to suit different learning needs and abilities.
