Pacific Life is seeking a Director, Treasury Systems Support to lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of treasury technology platforms supporting our global Treasury organization. You will own the full lifecycle of treasury systems, drive operational excellence, and collaborate across Treasury, Finance, IT, Risk, and the enterprise.

Competenze

10+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Technology roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
Demonstrated experience implementing and managing Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba, FIS, SAP Treasury).
Strong understanding of banking connectivity (SWIFT, APIs), payment platforms, ERP integrations, and treasury operations.
Solid knowledge of cash positioning, liquidity management, short‑term borrowing and investing, and counterparty risk.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is preferred.

Mansioni

Own the full lifecycle of treasury systems, including TMS, payment platforms, and bank connectivity solutions.
Define and maintain the treasury technology roadmap aligned with strategy and regulatory requirements.
Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of new systems and integrations with ERP/finance platforms.
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of treasury platforms.
Oversee daily production support, incident management, RCA, and vendor coordination.
Lead disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity planning for treasury systems.
Enable payment processing across various rails and maintain bank connectivity methods.
Ensure fraud prevention controls, sanctions screening, and approval workflows are embedded.
Deliver accurate, timely, auditable data to support cash positioning, forecasting, and reporting.
Ensure SOX, cybersecurity, access controls, and data governance standards.
