Job summary

Westpac seeks a Director, Transaction Relationship Manager for Consumer & Industrials Client Engagement in Melbourne. You will drive revenue growth by deepening customer relationships and aligning needs with GTS products and roadmaps.

Lead deals, negotiate effectively, and manage risk while collaborating with stakeholders across portfolios. This permanent role offers three days in the office and a path to impact the bank's client engagement strategy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio revenue and deposit growth through customer relationships.

• Coordinate deal teams and recontracting proposals.
• Support targeted product sales campaigns and run risk management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on existing relationships to progress longer-term opportunities.
