• Min 10+ years of embedded software design for mission-critical systems.
• Proven track record building and scaling engineering organizations (70+ people).
• Experience in leading multiple engineering teams and managers.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end embedded software architecture for satellite bus systems.
• Lead RTOS implementations and Linux OS solutions for spacecraft.
• Manage hardware bring-up, testing, and on-orbit software validation.
• Own test strategy and HIL simulation frameworks.
• Drive software quality from prototype satellites to production at scale.
