• An established network across UHNW investors and family offices.
• Demonstrated experience raising capital directly from private investors.
• The ability to originate relationships, pitch individual investment opportunities and convert those relationships into capital.
• Strong knowledge of real estate investment and the ability to confidently discuss transactions, returns, structures and investment strategy with sophisticated investors.

We are currently working on a Director/Senior Director level, Private Capital opportunity with a well-established and growing real estate investment platform.

The mandate is focused on raising private capital for direct real estate investment opportunities, with a particular emphasis on ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices and sophisticated private investors.

We are looking for someone with a genuine track record of directly pitching investment opportunities and raising capital from private investors rather than purely institutional fundraising or intermediary distribution.
